DATA COLLECTED

When you use the contact form, the following information is stored in a secure database:

• Name
• Email address
• Optional: phone number, company, project type, budget
• Message content
• IP address (for spam prevention)

HOW IT'S USED

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.

AI ASSISTANT LOGS

When you interact with the AI Chatbot, we collect your IP address and the contents of your messages under the lawful basis of "Legitimate Interests" (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(f)). This data is used exclusively to protect the server from automated abuse, brute-force attacks, and malicious prompt injections. To comply with storage limitation principles, all chat logs and IP addresses are automatically deleted from the database after 60 days. Cloudflare Turnstile is also used to securely distinguish human traffic from bots.

COOKIES & ANALYTICS

This site uses strictly necessary and functional cookies, including cookie-consent for saving your preferences, and ai_secure_session to bypass repetitive security checks for the AI assistant.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless traffic measurement, and Sentry for application crash reporting. Both services are configured to be entirely anonymous and do not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as IP addresses.
